Throughout my career in manufacturing, I’ve embraced the opportunity to collaborate with great teams and leaders across all functions in solving complex problems in pursuit of operational excellence – likewise, I’ve drawn tremendous satisfaction in collaborating with customers in solving real-world problems and delivering value to help to shape their success stories. I’m eager to work alongside the team in writing the next chapter for Arnold and to play a key role supporting our remarkable customers in their ground-breaking journeys! I’d like to take this opportunity to thank outgoing CEO Dan Miller for his incredible leadership over these past nine years – his numerous contributions, including spearheading the launch of the world’s strongest Samarium Cobalt magnet grade, RECOMA 35E, and instilling a “One Arnold” culture to foster commitment to operational excellence through teamwork and improved communications, leave a lasting legacy and big footsteps to follow.
